Within 24 hrs you replied and Nick was at my house sorting out what he could in the time . Nick is fabulous too, he is friendly, polite and explains fully what he does and why. This was my first time moving out of my family's home and Jolene from Lockwood made it super simple. I was always reluctant to move out because of the stress involved, such as paperwork and background checks. However, Jolene made it so even a simpleton like me can understand it. With a few phone calls and emails, I was out of my family's house and into my very own within a week!!! Jolene has gone above and beyond for us.
